1. INTRODUCTION

You agree with Touters, Inc., (a.k.a., Touters) a Nevada corporation, (“Company”) that this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to your access and use of www.touter.net and www.touters.net (the “Websites”), and/or the “Services and Content” (as defined in Company’s Terms of Service) available through Websites. By accessing, browsing, submitting content to, or otherwise using Websites, and/or the Services and Content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Privacy Policy. Furthermore, by accessing or using Websites, and/or Services and Content, you consent to Company’s collection, use, or disclosure of “Personal and Collected Information” (as defined in below section of the same name) and as described in the Privacy Policy.

Websites, and/or Services and Content, may contain links to other websites that are owned and operated by Advertisers and Third Parties. Company is not responsible for the collection, use, or disclosure of information by websites of Advertisers and Third Parties, and expressly disclaims any liability related to such collection, use, or disclosure. The information practices of those other websites are not covered by the Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the privacy policies of those other websites. We strongly suggest that you review the privacy policies of those other websites before providing any information to them. You should contact these Advertisers and Third Parties directly with questions about their privacy policies and the use of the information that they collect.

Company takes commercially reasonable steps, including the use of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology, to manage the privacy of Personal & Collected Information and the security of Websites, and/or Services and Content. However, Company cannot and does not guarantee that the Personal & Collected Information will not be intercepted or disclosed, or completely secure and safe from security risks.

You must be at least 18 years old to join, register, or use Websites, and/or the Services and Content. If you are under 18 years of age, you are not permitted to use Websites, and/or the Services and Content. Company does not knowingly collect, use, or distribute Personal & Collected Information from persons under the age of 18.

As a security precaution, we may ask that you provide identifying information such as first name, last name, email address, password, date of birth, or other identifying information in order to confirm your identity.  In addition, access to Personal & Collected Information may be limited or denied where providing such access would be unreasonably burdensome, expensive, or otherwise not permitted by law.

8. GENERAL

The Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, in the United States of America. If any part of the Privacy Policy is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Privacy Policy shall continue in full force and effect.
